Tewksbury Zoning Board unanimously approved a special permit for an ADU construction. Vice Chair Robert Dugan presided over the July 30 meeting with voting members Michael Slagle and James Shainker present. Robert Keddie and wife Kaila Keddie received approval to construct an accessory dwelling unit above an existing garage at 160 Green Meadow Drive built in 1977.
The structure will maintain its existing 24-by-32-foot footprint while extending over shed space on the property, with applicants emphasizing the addition would not expand the non-conforming structure toward the street.
