Tewksbury Board of Health convenes executive session on battery storage litigation. All five board members—Chair Melissa Braga, Vice Chair Susan Amato, Members Chris Janeczak and Pam Lefave, and Clerk George Ferdinand—voted unanimously to enter closed session under M.G.L. c. 30A to discuss strategy regarding a Battery Energy Storage Facility and related proceedings.
