TEWKSBURY — The Tewksbury Board of Health met in executive session April 9 to discuss litigation strategy in a Battery Energy Storage Facility proceeding. Chair Melissa Braga presided over four members including Vice Chair Susan Amato, Chris Janeczak, George Ferdinand, and Pam Lefave, who departed early due to technical difficulties. The board unanimously approved four motions: authorization to file a motion to correct the record, execution of supporting affidavits, and authority for the Chair and/or Vice Chair to contact potential legal counsel and state officials regarding the Board's role in the proceedings.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 PM.
