Board of Health convenes in closed executive session on battery facility

TEWKSBURY — Board of Health holds brief remote meeting to enter executive session on battery storage. All five members present — Chair Melissa Braga, Vice Chair Susan Amato, Clerk Chris Janeczak, Member George Ferdinand, and Member Pam Lefave — participated remotely via Microsoft Teams. The board unanimously approved a motion by Janeczak, seconded by Amato, to enter closed executive session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3), to discuss strategy regarding a battery energy storage facility and related proceedings.
The board entered executive session at 6:13 p.m. and did not return to open session.
