Board of Library Trustees approves two new policies.

TEWKSBURY — The Tewksbury Board of Library Trustees approved two policies and reviewed three others. Chair Christopher Castiglione and the five-member board unanimously passed the Library Program Policy and Library Behavior Policy, which now incorporates Internet and Social Media provisions. Director Diane Giarrusso reported that the Parks Department assisted with facility maintenance while staff member Joe Fiumara was on sick leave, and announced upcoming events including Art in Bloom on April 25 and 26.
The Friends of the Library reported an Anniversary fund balance exceeding $11,000 and scheduled a Breakfast for Dinner fundraiser for March 30 at Vic's Waffle House from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
