Tewksbury Conservation Commission approved seven residential projects on July 15, issuing five Negative Determinations of Applicability and two Certificates of Compliance without opposition. Approved work included deck and patio replacements, driveway conversion, and pool installation. The Commission continued four major applications to future meetings, most notably a Tyler Rynne proposal at 73-75 Hillman Street for an underground stormwater system and electrical transmission route, which drew extensive public testimony regarding wetlands and groundwater protection concerns.
That hearing will resume August 12.
