TEWKSBURY — The Conservation Commission unanimously approved an amendment allowing Cambridge Isotope Laboratories to install a gate and fence for site access control on October 7. Taylor Dowdy and Matt Burne of BSC Group, representing the company, explained the fence installation on the access road would stay outside the 100-foot buffer zone, with posts within the 25-foot zone under a waiver request. The commission also issued a determination approving a deck replacement for a River Road homeowner and cleared a 40-year-old wetland compliance order for new property owners at Karen Lee Lane.
Two emergency certifications were ratified for a failed septic system and culvert clearing. Two additional requests were continued to October 21.
