Tewksbury Conservation Commission approves compliance, ratifies four emergency certifications. Daniel Ronan, Chairman, and members Steve Gove, Linda Darveau, Thomas Bowley, and Dennis Sheehan approved a Certificate of Compliance for Marc Ginsburg's 77 New York Road project and unanimously ratified emergency certifications for tree removal at 30 Blacksmith Road, a failed septic system at 91 Emily Road, beaver dam removal off Serenity, and storm-damage tree clearing at Pond and Whipple. Conservation Agent Abigail Mahoney amended an Enforcement Order for 175 Pringle Street and reported DEP consultation indicating that substantive non-compliance documentation would be required before state intervention in the matter.
