Tewksbury Conservation Commission approved a major commercial project and amended two enforcement orders for unpermitted wetland work. The commission voted unanimously to permit ETS Inc's development at 600 Woburn Street, which obtained Planning Board approval and includes modifications to maintain a 50-foot wetland setback and accommodate the site's high water table with a reshaped drainage area and enlarged detention pond. The commission also voted unanimously to amend enforcement orders against the property at 2087 Main Street for unpermitted landscaping 50 feet from the river and against the property at 53 Highlandview Road and 265 Old Trull Road for unpermitted soil disturbance and debris removal, both conditioning further action on submission of site plans.
The commission approved a driveway expansion and accessory dwelling unit for Nicole Smallidge at 21 Virginia Road and issued a Certificate of Compliance for New England Power Company's restoration work at 357 Old Boston Road, which has reached over 70 percent completion.
