Tewksbury Conservation Commission approved permits and emergency work certifications April 22. Chairman Daniel Ronan and members Steve Gove, Linda Darveau, Thomas Bowley, and Dennis Sheehan voted unanimously to approve a three-year extension for Jomarie F. Buckley at 105 Starr Ave and a minor modification for Brian Harris at 45 Leighton Lane to add stone foundation drainage work.
The commission ratified three emergency certifications for utility repairs: a water break at 20 Newton Ave, a sewer-pipe replacement at 306 Trull Road, and a sewer tie-in at 640 South Street. The Livingston Street DPW project won approval 4-0 with one abstention from Gove; three permit applications were continued to May 13.
