Tewksbury Conservation Commission approves pool installation near wetlands. Chairman Daniel Ronan and members Dennis Sheehan, Linda Darveau, and Thomas Bowley unanimously approved a negative determination for an 18-by-36-foot pool at 40 Jennies Way and issued a notice of intent for John Sullivan's project at 0 Ellis Ave with permanent wetland markers mandated as a condition. The commission also ratified six emergency certifications for water leaks, sewer tie-ins, a failed septic system, and storm-damaged tree removal across six town addresses, and continued the Livingston Street Notice of Intent for bike lanes and sidewalk work to April 22.
