Tewksbury Conservation Commission approves retaining wall change, two deck replacements, and industrial project. Daniel Ronan chaired the May 13 meeting, which unanimously approved a VersaLock retaining wall for Taylor Goudreau at 100 Breckenridge Road and negative determinations for deck replacements by Nelson Cross at 8 Maplewood Road and Jeff Boggs at 287 South Street. The board issued a Notice of Intent and Land Disturbance for AJM Construction's 14-unit residential and commercial project at 1325 Main Street, already backed by the planning board.
Gene Sullivan's 21,000-square-foot industrial building at 600 Woburn Street was continued to June 24 pending DEP clarification on stormwater and setback requirements, while a Marwick Associates land disturbance at 0 Merrimac Drive was reclassified as major and continued to May 17 to trigger abutters notification.
