TEWKSBURY — Conservation Commission continues Kazanjian workplace compliance over unapproved changes. Applicant Alan Kazanjian of Dracut completed 2512 Main Street work with several deviations, including a wider rear walkway and unpermitted patio, requiring Chairman Daniel Ronan to order additional Notice of Intent and continued hearing to March 4. The commission unanimously approved a Negative Determination of Applicability for Christian Mann's annual town roadway resurfacing project at various right-of-way locations and unanimously ratified an emergency water-line repair at 161 John Street.
