TEWKSBURY — The Finance Committee voted unanimously to exempt the current Assistant Town Manager from the new pay plan. Committee Chair Richard Levasseur led the discussion on Article 2, with members scrutinizing the compensation reclassification language and focusing on senior employee retention. The amendment passed 5-0.
The Committee also noted the Shawsheen Technical High School E&D account holds $2.465 million, with $1.5 million anticipated for an MSBA feasibility study.
