Tewksbury Planning Board unanimously approved a family suite addition at 3 Pinewood Road. Chair Stephen Johnson, Vincent Fratalia, Jonathan Ciampa, and James Duffy voted to allow Thomas and Ronna Cafarella to add an 808-square-foot, two-bedroom unit to their home, which will include renovation of an existing half bath into a full bath and is connected to town sewer. The board continued the Site Plan Review for 485 Main Street to March 23, 2026, allowing applicant Eugenie Sahyoouni time to work with a consulting engineer on a substantial redesign.
The board also scheduled EcoAuto to appear February 23 to present a delivery management plan addressing repeated violations of Main Street unloading restrictions.
