Tewksbury Planning Board approved a family suite special permit and continued warehouse review. The board unanimously approved the 999-square-foot family suite at 90 Jennies Way, owned by Nicholas and Alison Kehlbeck and represented by agent Paul J. O'Keefe.
The board also unanimously continued its August 17 review of PEPDE Corporation's proposed 16,000-square-foot warehouse distribution center at 600 Woburn Street, with the applicant having redesigned the project to address community concerns: the building footprint was reduced from 21,000 square feet and relocated 10 feet further from neighboring properties, parking switched to porous pavement, and loading bay doors decreased from seven to five.
