Tewksbury Planning Board approves two development projects, continues industrial warehouse case. Chair Stephen Johnson and members voted unanimously to approve a special permit for Paintball Wizard retail relocation to 885 Main Street, Unit 5 and a site plan review for a residential development at 1325 Main Street with conditions including maintained signage and vegetation clearing. The board continued review of a proposed 21,000-square-foot industrial building at 600 Woburn Street to June 15, 2026 following substantial public comment from neighbors concerned about property values, environmental impact, and maintenance of existing fencing separating the project from residential areas.
