School Committee approves Milligan superintendent contract, effective July 1

TEWKSBURY — The Tewksbury School Committee unanimously approved a superintendent contract with Dr. Nancy Milligan, effective July 1, 2026. Chair Bridget Garabedian, Vice-Chair Kayla Biagioni-Smith, Clerk Ryan Lloyd, and member Chris Moncada all voted in favor of the contract in a special meeting held May 18.
The committee also reviewed procedures for filling a vacant seat left open following the recent death of School Committee member Jamey Cutelis, with members to provide feedback on a draft application before the next meeting.
