Tewksbury School Committee Policy Subcommittee reviewed six district policies during a June 16 workshop. Chair Bridget Garabedian and member Chris Moncada, along with Superintendent Brenda Theriault-Regan and Assistant Superintendent Dr. Nancy Milligan, advanced four medication policies back to the Lead Nurse for revision and referred a building-access policy to Legal for further review.
Three additional policies on parent councils, school choice, and student restraint procedures were scheduled for informational readings before the full committee, while a bus-driver training policy advanced for first and final reading. The subcommittee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes.
