Tewksbury Select Board approves FY27 enterprise budgets totaling $11.7 million across water, sewer, cable TV, and stormwater. Town Manager John C. Curran presented budgets with water rates rising 6.5 percent and sewer rates climbing 3 percent, driving typical residential water bills up roughly $41 annually and sewer bills up about $14.

The Water Enterprise budget of $10.9 million reflects a 12.47 percent increase, with new debt service for $792,752 alone comprising 65 percent of the rise; the five-year water capital plan commits $27 million to replace water mains at 2.5 miles per year. Sewer Enterprise budget is $7.4 million. Stormwater fees remain at $75 per year per equivalent residential unit.

Cable TV Enterprise projects a surplus of $8,928. The board also unanimously approved Arbor Day proclamation for April 24, 2026, and the annual town election warrant.
