The town issued two notices Tuesday morning that touch everyday life heading into the long weekend. First, Department of Public Works crews are starting trash and recycling collection earlier than usual — residents should have bins out ahead of their normal pickup window. Separately, the Assessor's Office posted an announcement Monday that residents with questions about property values or assessments should review.
