Vice Chair Robert Dugan, with members Joseph Cary and Michael Slagle voting, approved the 444-square-foot addition at 1 Charme Road despite a 22-foot front setback and 10.7-foot left-side setback that exceed zoning requirements for the Residential zone. The addition includes a master bedroom, bathroom, and unfinished basement.
The board also unanimously approved a change to filing fees.
