Zoning Board Approves Bedroom Variance on Charme Road

Tewksbury Zoning Board unanimously approves variance for Joel Altavesta to add master bedroom. Vice Chair Robert Dugan, with members Joseph Cary and Michael Slagle voting, approved the 444-square-foot addition at 1 Charme Road despite a 22-foot front setback and 10.7-foot left-side setback that exceed zoning requirements for the Residential zone. The addition includes a master bedroom, bathroom, and unfinished basement.
The board also unanimously approved a change to filing fees.
