Tewksbury Zoning Board of Appeals approves four variances and modifies one special permit. Vice Chair Robert Dugan led the meeting with Daniel Teixeira, Joseph Cary, and Michael Slagle present; Chair Nancy Rego was absent. Mark Walsh received a variance to exceed 20 percent lot coverage at 10 Floyd Avenue for a 32-by-28-foot addition bringing coverage to 29.56 percent; Robert Mercurio won approval for a 32-by-6-foot farmer's porch encroaching 2.5 feet into front setback at 32 Moonlight Drive; Carlos Sagastume's special permit at 2532 Main Street was modified to replace Sena Auto Center with RCJ Transportation LLC while maintaining a 35-vehicle unregistered limit; and Thomas and Ronna Cafarella received variances at 3 Pinewood Road to increase building coverage to 21.59 percent for a 29-by-23-foot family suite addition.
All votes were unanimous.
