Tewksbury's Zoning Board of Appeals approved a home bakery with strict pickup conditions. The board unanimously approved Valerie Ashe's special permit for an in-home bread bakery at 57 Patten Rd with restrictions: noon to 6:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday, maximum four vehicles per hour, driveway parking only. Neighbors Colleen Gallant and Jeanne Quintiliani opposed the permit, citing traffic concerns on the busy street and enforcement challenges.
The board also unanimously approved Matthew Wishnack's variance to build an accessory dwelling unit closer to property lines at 1 Green Street, and Avo Asdourian's minor modification reducing his proposed addition at 3 Pinewood Rd.
